2023 U18 Sudbury Spartans Registration

Registration for the 2023 Season U18 Junior Varsity Sudbury Spartans

• 2 parent/guardian passes
• 3 practices per week
• All regular season games, plus playoffs

U18 Junior Varsity Sudbury Spartans is limited to ages 18 & under.

Registration covers both Spartans 2023 registration fee & Football Ontario fee at $45.00.

Refund Policy:

• Equipment will not be issued until fees are paid in full
• If a Player who has paid decides not to play in 2023 by the start of training camp, then the player fee will be returned minus a $25 administrative fee.
• After training camp opens and up to May 18, 2023, there will be a $50 administrative fee
• No refunds will be issued after game #1
• Refunds will be issued within 30 days of refund request.
