Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! All shipments are sent from our home base in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our standard processing time is approximately 2–4 weeks depending on the product, availability, and customization. Preorders begin production once the ordering window has closed.
What is your refund policy?
If you've purchased Wolves, Five, Spartans, or Cyclones apparel from us and are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept exchanges or refunds in the form of store credit within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be in their original state (unwashed, unaltered and must have all tags attached). Fees incurred from shipping and handling are non-refundable.
All custom apparel/customized products are final sale, as they are made specifically for you.
Where can I bring my items to be refunded?
Refunds/exchanges will be handled at our 105 Durham St. location. Custom apparel / customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

You can find us at our brick and mortar store at 105 Durham St., and at the Sudbury Community Arena at all Sudbury Wolves and FIVE home games!
