What is your return policy?
Greater Sports will gladly exchange or refund items in the form of a store credit within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Items must be in their original state (unwashed, unaltered and must have all tags attached). Fees incurred from shipping/handling cannot be refunded.
As customized/custom apparel items are made just for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We ask that you carefully review your order to ensure that you will be satisfied with your choices and sizing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! All shipments are sent from our home base in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
Will I be charged tariffs or import fees on orders being shipped outside of Canada?
All orders ship from Canada. When a package crosses an international border, the destination country may charge import duties, tariffs, or taxes. These charges are set by the destination country's customs authority, and are not controlled by us. Any applicable tariffs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What currency do you use?
Greater Sports uses CAD.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express (AMEX), Apple Pay, Google pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa. All available payment options are visible at checkout.
How will charges appear on my credit card statement?
Charges will appear as Greater Sports on your statement.
How long are order processing times?
Our standard processing time is approximately 2–4 weeks depending on the product, availability, and customization. Preorders begin production once the ordering window has closed.
How do online preorders work?
Online preorders are open for a specific time period. Once the ordering window closes, items are sent into production and made specifically for the customers who ordered.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently do not offer free shipping.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? What if I made a mistake in my order?
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or been shipped, changes may not be possible.
What should I do if my package is lost in transit?
Please contact us, and we will help look into the shipment with the carrier.
Why didn’t my items ship together?
Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability, production timelines, or where items are being fulfilled from.
What can I do if I received the wrong product, or there's something wrong with my order?
Please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue so we can review and assist.
Can I place an order at the arena during Sudbury Wolves or Sudbury FIVE games?
No. All online store and custom apparel orders must be placed through our website, or by contacting our sales team at sales@greatersports.ca.
Can I return an item at the arena during Sudbury Wolves or Sudbury FIVE games?
No, returns or exchanges cannot be processed at the arena. Please contact us directly for assistance.
How do I redeem my season member discount online?
Season member discounts can be applied using the discount information provided. If you have any issues, please contact us.
Do you offer a loyalty program?
We do not currently offer a loyalty program.

Custom Apparel FAQ

What products do you offer?
We offer custom spirit wear, teamwear, and corporate wear for schools, clubs, associations, teams, and businesses.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard production time is about 2-4 weeks. This may vary depending on the availability of the item, and the complexity of the customization. Please be aware that production begins once quantities are finalized and mockups are approved. Rush fees will be applied to any orders required under 2 weeks after artwork approval and/or order approval.
What kind of delivery options do I have?
Greater Sports Custom Apparel offers three main methods of delivery: ship directly to your home, pick up at our 105 Durham St. location, or pick up at your school/club.
If you opt to pick up at your school or club, your order will be sent to their representative or facility. If you don't see this option at checkout, the store has not enabled it.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
If you choose to pick up your order at our store, you will have 6 months to collect it. If it remains unclaimed after this time, it will be considered abandoned.
Will my item look exactly like the mockup shown on the product page?
Mockups are digital samples meant to emulate how the design will look. They are very close, but the final item may have small differences in size or placement.
During production, designs are sized and positioned using set standards to ensure the best fit, balance, and overall quality on the garment.
I ordered multiple custom apparel items that are the same, but some are a different brand than others. Is this a mistake?
Not necessarily. Occasionally, a blank product becomes unavailable from the manufacturer. To avoid delaying your order, we may substitute a comparable unbranded product of similar style, quality, and colour.
Products that are a different size, or branded products (Nike®, Under Armour®, Adidas®, etc.) will never be substituted without contacting you first.
I reordered custom apparel, but it looks slightly different than my previous order. Why?
Blank apparel availability can change over time. If our standard unbranded product is unavailable, we may substitute a comparable product from another trusted manufacturer. While we do our best to match previous orders, slight differences in fabric, fit, or manufacturer may occur.
Branded products will never be substituted without contacting you first.
I can't find my school/business/club on the custom apparel shops page. Where is it?
It's possible they don't currently have a store with us. If you're affiliated with them and would like to set one up, please contact our sales staff at sales@greatersports.ca.
What is your return policy for custom apparel?
All of our products are custom-made specifically for you. As a result, all custom apparel products are final sale. We ask that you carefully review your order to ensure that you will be satisfied with your choices and sizing.
