Q: What products do you offer? 
A: We offer custom spirit wear, teamwear, and corporate apparel for schools, clubs, and businesses. We are also the official supplier for the Sudbury Wolves, Sudbury Five, Sudbury Cyclones, and the Sudbury Spartans. 

Q: What can I find on this website?
A: Our website makes it easy to purchase spirit wear for clubs, corporations, and schools. We also offer bulk team orders, custom apparel, team jerseys, corporate wear, and more. You can contact our sales staff with any inquiries at sales@greatersportsc.ca
Q: How do I place an online order?
A: To place an order, locate your school or club in the dropdown menu. From there you can shop, add items to your cart, and check out.
Q: What if I don't see my school, business or club in the dropdown menu?
A: It’s possible your school, business or club does not currently have a store with us. If you are affiliated with a school or club and would like to set one up, please contact our sales staff at sales@greatersports.ca
Q: What if I see my school or club but they are not accepting orders or there is no “Add to Cart” button?
A: Many schools and clubs open their stores during limited ordering windows. Please check with your school or club for information on when their store will reopen.
Q: What does the “Pickup at Club/School” delivery option mean?
A: There are three main delivery options: ship directly to your home, pick up at our location, or pick up at your school or club. If you select pickup at your school or club, your order will be sent to their representative or facility. If this option is not available at checkout, the store has not enabled it.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Our standard production time is about 2 to 4 weeks. Timing may vary depending on item availability and the complexity of the customization. If there is a preorder deadline, production begins once that deadline has passed.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship internationally. All shipments are sent from our home base in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
Q: Why am I being charged tariffs or import fees for orders shipped to the United States or other countries?
A: All orders ship from Canada. When a package crosses an international border, the destination country may charge import duties, tariffs, or taxes. These charges are set by the destination country’s customs authority and are not controlled by us. Any applicable tariffs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All of our products are custom-made specifically for you, so all items are final sale. Please review your order carefully to ensure you are satisfied with your selections and sizing.
Q: How long do I have to pick up my order?
A: Once you receive a pickup notification, you have 6 months to collect your order. If it remains unclaimed after this time, it will be considered abandoned.
